I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again on future visits. Home is as described, clean and comfortable. It’s on a busy road which we were aware of but the road noise isn’t noticeable.

Very spacious house, with beautiful surroundings. Easy access, clear instructions. Everything in good working order except the two tv’s in the bedrooms that do not work. Very clean, well taken care of house.

We stayed as a group of 5 and had plenty of room for everyone to stretch out or get together. Initially the house felt cold (in April) but we come from Texas.

Everything was great! Convenient location for the local familys birthday party we were in town to attend. Location was a bit odd, little noisy but we are used to living on a busier road. Everything was comfortable and spacious.

The place was in a great neighborhood and close to restaurants, wineries and downtown Geneva. The home was very comfortable and had everything needed to make a stay fun and easy. The hosts were quick to respond to messages.

Great place! Clean and cozy! When we come back to Geneva, this will definitely be the place to stay again. Close to Seneca lake, Phelps, and all the places we needed to be!

Great stay…. Nice house with everything you need close to William Smith. They left us a bottle of wine which was very nice. Only tip is if you arrive at night, it is very dark. Would recommend to stay here!!

We stayed at this lovely house for the Musselman race weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautifully maintained, with a thoughtful layout that offered both comfort and space for our family of six.
