Perfect place to stay after attending a concert at CMAC! Convenient, clean, and comfortable! Joan was super nice and messaged us ahead of time to warn us of some rainy weather before our arrival.

What a cute gem this place is. We stayed to attend a concert at CMAC. It’s only 4 miles away and you get there from the back side of the venue thus very little traffic.

I told Joan we wanted a relaxing getaway from our constant go life. She delivered perfectly. Neighborhood is quiet. View is amazing. (Has an elevated deck to enjoy the lake and trees). The space was perfect cozy and clean.

Joan was the perfect host! Her place was just as described. She left easy instructions for check in and out and was very responsive to any questions. It’s walkable to a few restaurants and the beach.

Cute place. Nicely appointed. Nice walk downhill to the neighborhood "beach". Lake view (a sliver) from the upper deck. Pleasant to look out on the corn field across the street when we woke up.

The cottage was perfect for our overnight stay. Joan had the house all ready with a nice note and snacks and great information on the area. Communicating with Joan was very easy and she was very responsive.
