Staying at Morris House is a treat. It's located on the Hobart and William Smith Colleges campus, with a full view of Seneca Lake, and a 1/2 mile from the center of town. Very clean, roomy and well appointed.

Stephanie's guest house was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location: on a beautiful college campus, with views of Seneca lake, and just a short walk from the center of town. Check-in was a breeze.

This is a beautiful property. Not all rooms have a lake view, but ours did from the sitting room. I would love to try the upper level rooms to see what their views are like! Great location-walking distance to downtown Geneva.

Great location for weekend at Hobart & William Smith College. Beautiful view across from the lake. Ashlyn was extremely responsive and helpful. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Such a beautiful home! Each room was private and clean! The location was perfect. It was over overlooking the lake, walkable to the colllege and town! Thank you for having us! We will be back!!

Very nice spacious room / suite right on HWS campus. Nice view of the lake from the front windows. Modern clean kitchen was available for use.
