You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Located in Historic South. I have 3 cozy rooms, The Sunflower Room, Orchid Room & Magnolia Room. Guests are invited to enjoy a light breakfast and coffee/tea. Snacks and home baked treats always available too! Enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch! We are convenient to downtown, Seneca Lake, many wineries and breweries as well as amazing waterfalls and hiking! Restaurants within walking distance. Pets welcome! Kid friendly too!

Linda’s place was great! I was nervous about the shared bathroom but we never had any issues and everything was super clean. I only even saw another guest as we were leaving. Don’t hesitate to give Linda’s place a try.
