The Scott House features a second floor, full half house, located in beautiful Geneva, NY. Our circa 1843 home is within walking distance to Hobart William Smith Campus, FLCC and downtown Geneva. Our home is walkable to Downtown. Enjoy restaurants, wine bars, coffee, specialty shops. Seneca Lake offers boating, walking, or enjoy the lake from the Visitors Center. The Seneca Lake Wine Trail features many Wineries and Breweries that offer music and events. We are open year round!!

This was Our second stay with Walt and Sherry. They are wonderful hosts with clean property and great location. Central to everything g in Geneva and close to great wineries. Their property is beautiful and they are very nice and responsive to your needs.

JonStayed June 2026 · The Scott HouseWalt and Sherry have the perfect place for a beautiful stay in Geneva/Lake Seneca. Town is walking distance with plenty of restaurants and shops. The Lake is a short walk through town and has great outdoor activities.
Walt and Sherry are delightful hosts - super welcoming and very communicative! Their apartment was spotless and spacious. It's perfect for two people.
