About this stay

Welcome to our charming, comfortable guest suite in the heart of Geneva NY and the Finger Lakes wine region. This is a separate suite - entirely private and secure - located in the back of our home. It is connected to our house, but you will never see us if that is your preference. You’ll hear our little girls in the morning as they go to school at 8am. If this may bother you, this is not the place for you.

This was our second stay. Was just as wonderful as the first and will always be our go-to if it is available when we are back in the area. Check in was a breeze and the entire suite was super clean.

Great value for a clean private stay. Of note the room is connected to the hosts house so we heard some occasional noise through the walls but nothing loud or bothersome, just would keep that in mind if you might be a louder…

Very comfortable and well located close to downtown. I liked the modern windows with lots of light and easy to open for fresh air. Very large and well fitted bathroom. Large bedroom. Very comfortable and clean.

Very nice place to stay! We spent a lot of time out exploring Seneca Lake - but it was a great place to call our home base. Clean accommodations overall and great walkability to the downtown area.

This is a perfect spot for 2 while wanting to stay in Geneva for a few days while exploring the local wineries. Can walk to the downtown bars and restaurants, easy to get to, and a very lovely neighborhood.

The room was awesome! So peaceful and comfortable. Great place to relax after a busy day. In a great neighborhood and a very convenient location. All necessities included. Hosts were super friendly and very responsive.

Ria’s place is absolutely gorgeous! Very classic and comfortable space with plenty of room for a couple. It’s in a great neighborhood and close to the center of town. Her bathtub is lovely.

Ria’s place was amazing! We were so cozy and comfortable. Their house is connected to ours so it was easy to message them if we needed anything, they even brought us wine glasses and a wine opener upon request.
