Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown. House was perfect. No issues at all! Remember this is an old house so you’ll be relieved that no teenagers can sneak out cause those floors are creaky lol.

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying Seneca Lake activities. We had a group of 6 people celebrating a 55th birthday. We were able to walk to the lake from the home our first night there.

We had a group of girls there to do some wine touring. The location and price were amazing! Everything in the house was well taken care of, clean, and labelled if needed to be. We had a great time!

Our kayak group of 8 people stayed for 4 nights. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with AC. The common spaces are what makes this house incredible.

Stayed at Jeanne’s house with 4 others for a girls weekend. She had everything and more that we could ever need. Her place is beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous closed in front patio and private parking.

It was our fifth time staying at Jeanne's place on our annual snow goose trip. That in and of itself should speak volumes! Her home is exactly as advertised and very walkable to the local restaurants in downtown Geneva.

It was perfect for us - the home is just a couple minutes from the adorable town and right near the 14S drive down the lake to hit up the wineries. We drove down to watkins glen and worked our way up.
