The house really is across from street from the lake-and a nice walking path it's a nice walk into the restaurants downtown.

This was an excellent place to stay in Geneva. You step out the door and get a fantastic view of the lake and are only a short, lovely walk to the shops and restaurants downtown.

This house has been meticulously restored and maintained. There is a great view of the lake just across the street. The downtown restaurants are within reasonable walking distance, and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful.

Daughter had volleyball walking distance from room! Waking to view of sunrise over Lake Geneva daily! Historic home and part of university. Look forward returning!

It's a suite in guest house on the Hobart & William Smith campus. The rental contract is a management company, but communication was as good as curls be expected, given that Reasonably priced for the area.

Nice property, great location. Our room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated. They're still working on appointing the kitchen, but we didn't intend to cook a meal there anyway.
