A self-contained apt right in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes. Close to Keuka College, parks, restaurants, museums, trails, wineries, and kayak/bike rentals. Room for boats/trailers. Self-check in with lock box Super clean, lower apartment features a private entrance. It has a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, convertible to two twins, upon request. Twin/mattresses on floor can sleep up to 2 children ($15 ea) or 1 more adult($40)per night Private bathroom with shower.

We now know why this is listed as a guest favorite. Heather thought of everything you would need for your stay, she responded quickly when contacted and was very accommodating. The view was amazing.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Host was proactive with messages. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We stayed on a holiday weekend and it was quiet and serene even with the holiday hustle and bustle nearby.

Absolutely loved our stay at Heather's place. The interior is cozy, immaculate, and charming. We felt right at home walking in the door. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in Penn Yan. We attended a wedding at Crispin Hill and were able to walk to and from the wedding. The location is beautiful; elevated with a great view of Keuka Lake. Very private.

This is our second stay with Heather. We came back because the location is perfect for what we like to do around Keuka Lake, her place is clean and comfortable, and we think the price is fair value.

Heathers apartment overlooking Keuka Lake was perfect. It is just as described including everything except food and personal items. The apartment was very clean and quaint.

Heather's apartment is wonderful! It's laid out really well and has a very comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen has all the appliances you could wish for.
