We had a wonderful time staying here! You really can’t beat the location—it’s within easy walking distance to all the downtown food and night spots, plus a lovely park right on the lake where you can walk along the water.

Our stay was pleasant as expected. We grabbed Overlook 1 for Hobart - William Smith move in weekend and the location is perfectly close to the school and walkable to a bunch of restaurants at the edge of downtown.

Melanie was a great host and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. It smelled strongly of cats and the counters were dusty when we arrived, but everything else was clean and tidy.
