Really neat place, beautiful historical architecture and a nice, quiet neighborhood . Easily walkable to park and downtown area.

Jim's house is wonderful and he is a wonderful host. The home is perfect. A very nice four bedrooms and also a great couple of bathrooms. There are lots of nice extra touches in the home -- and it is very clean.

We ended up in Geneva area because it is closer to the activities we want. Found Jim’s house that is conveniently located to wineries and hiking trails.

We stayed at Jim’s place for a triathlon. We appreciated the location - very close to groceries, college and walkable to TRI location. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed.

This is a nice old house in a cute neighborhood very close to Hobart and William Smith Colleges and not far from the lake and downtown.

Jim was so kind and helpful with our stay, we really enjoyed the decor and the presidential room themes. The dinner recommendation from Jim was delicious we all had a great time.

Jim was a fantastic host and the house was absolutely pristine. Located in a very central location to Geneva, it was easy to explore Lake Seneca and Keuka lake from this location.

Jim’s house is gorgeous and so inviting. We loved the furniture, the art, the accent pieces and chandeliers. We enjoyed the front porch and the spacious bedrooms. The location is excellent, an easy walk to town.
