It is located 6 miles from downtown Geneva, home of Hobart William Smith College, amid lush, rolling farmland and nearby Seneca Lake and Sampson State Parks, marinas, close to several Wine, hiking, and biking trails, outlet shopping, restaurants, local farmers' markets, and numerous other attractions.

My husband and I were very comfortable in the Sunrise Room. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and the AC kept us cool. Garey is very welcoming and a great host. We hope this room is available for our next trip to Finger Lakes.

I cannot recommend Garey (Walter) and Paradise on the Lake enough. Tranquil setting on Seneca Lake. As noted, there is no lake access from the property but multiple access points within a short drive.
