Nice tiny house. Decent location. Some road noise at certain times of the day but not an issue unless the windows were open. Easy travel to Geneva, Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Wineries, etc. Didn't really lack for anything and met our expectations.

We loved this location! It was perfectly described and exactly what we needed for a weekend at the wineries. It was perfect for two and gave us all the accommodations we needed.

Super cute little spot. Clean & cozy. The bed is super comfy and easily fits 2 adults, plus there’s a smaller bed in the loft if needed. At least a dozen breweries/wineries/eateries within a 15 min drive.
