The space is in the basement of a home. It was cool and had nice flooring put in- but you did not forget that you’re in a basement. The bedroom was simple, cozy to sleep in. The bathroom was not great.

awesome location. Great hosts. walkable to all of Geneva’s sweet downtown with restaurants, vintage shops and cafes and of course .Lake Seneca. I’d absolutely recommend.

Ralph was a great host. He was very responsive to questions and very helpful with ideas and suggestions. The room was clean and just right for 2 guest. Having the mini fridge available was great too as we had brought drinks.

Great little place, close to restaurants, Hobart, and the lake. You are in a basement apartment, so you will hear some noise from upstairs.
